A special shout out to Selena, Justin, Kitty, Vanessa, and Steandly for their kindness and exceptional customer service. But Ms. Adora Lopez takes the cake. She should be running the country. “Stayed at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and this one actually surprised me in a good way. The location is hard to beat. Right by the water, with a direct view of the skyline and the bridge. Especially around sunset or at night, it just hits different. The whole vibe of the hotel is very clean and modern. A lot of wood, natural materials, nothing feels overdone. Rooms are not huge, but well designed and comfortable. What stood out the most was the atmosphere. It feels calm, almost like a little escape from the city, even though you’re right in it.
