“For these prices, look elsewhere. I recently stayed at the 1 Hotel Central Park and left feeling so disappointed because the property itself is beautiful and perfectly located. I booked a queen room and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable it felt for NYC. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the standard I’ve experienced at other 1 Hotels. The AC did not work which didn’t seem like a huge deal but for these prices? Unacceptable. The location is perfect—just one block from Central Park, and the area felt very safe. What truly stood out was the staff. They provided the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel.
