“We came here for my birthday weekend and somehow managed to spend 3 days chasing a birthday dessert that never actually happened 😂 Night one: we went to the rooftop at Watr, ordered dessert, and right as it was about to come out… a massive thunderstorm hit and we all got absolutely soaked. The staff kindly brought towels, which we appreciated, but I was slightly questioning the “sit guests outside during a thunderstorm” strategy lol. He then brought me inside and told me he upgraded me to a 1 Bedroom Suite, which I wasn’t expecting at all. That set the tone for the entire stay. I booked through Amex, so I came in with some perks including complimentary breakfast, a $100 resort credit, and 4pm late checkout, but honestly the hotel delivered way beyond that.
