“First time with 11 Howard Hotel and the stay has been amazing. Due to my American Express Platinum card, the Senior King room I booked was upgraded to a gorgeous Terrace room with plenty of outdoor space. The room is compact but very efficiently furnished and very well designed. And very quiet, too. The mini bar and incidental selections were surprisingly top notch. Very tempting and kept me sated in the evenings. Staff has been great, including folks at the desk, entrance and little cafe in the lobby. Will definitely be back!” — Alicia R

“Not a five star hotel despite what certain booking sites will have you believe. No doorman at front. The hallways are depressingly dark, the hallway floors are worn and creak, and the carpets are old and sagging. The rooms are fine and well decorated albeit a bit small. As was the bathroom. But fixtures are nice. Internet would cut off randomly. Service at front desk was not impressive. Overall: 3/5, but overpriced.” — Sergio Lopez

“Just stayed for a night to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we loved it here! We had a really big terrace! It was so exciting to see our view when we got to the room. We thought the rates were very reasonable for what we got and the location. Rooms were clean, bed super comfy. REAL doors on the bathrooms not barn doors! The bathrooms could use some counter space tho. The guys working downstairs and the other staff we interacted with were all so nice! Really appreciate them.
