“We stayed at the 21c Museum Hotel for two nights over the holidays and really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were lovely after a long drive, and the second floor exhibit was powerful and worth seeing. Our King Standard room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was great, though a few decorative pillows could use a bit of care. Valet parking is the only parking option at the property and costs about $50 overnight, but we were able to find street parking along Locust Street using the ” — Justin Chaipet

“As the first person to review this hotel on Yelp 2 years ago, I’m disappointed to return with a very different experience. I recently stayed here for one night while visiting for a concert and it was not a good stay. I’ll begin by saying I find valet to be very overpriced at $50 when there is no covered garage and they’re putting your car in a lot across the street from the hotel. However, the gentlemen that work the valet stand were pleasant and one of the better parts of the stay. Check in was mostly fine, but I wouldn’t say the attendant was friendly. “It's truly best in class. I loved my stay. The hotel is beautifully restored, had a well-equipped gym, and was simply a fun place to stay. My only observation is that the immediate area could use some economic growth.
