“I am very disappointed with my experience at Saray Ajman, Luxury Collection Resort. While the property itself is beautiful, the level of service was far below what I would expect from a luxury resort. During our stay, we noticed that some waiters in the restaurant were speaking negatively about us among themselves because they assumed we did not understand Arabic. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
