“The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a pleasant stay. However, I was surprised at check-in when I was asked to provide a deposit of approximately €200, which was held on my card as security for any potential damages. I was informed that the amount would be refunded within 3 days after check-out, but it has still not been returned. Apart from this issue, the overall experience was good.” — Iuliana 7

“Perfect place to stay right in the heart of the city in Budapest. The room was excellent bed was super comfy. We were here for a few days before we boarded our Viking Embla River cruise ship. The Christmas markets surrounded the entire area, we were directly in front of St Stephen’s Basilica picture perfect. This was a birthday/Christmas trip the hotel left the most amazing dessert and champagne in our room with a birthday card they had all hand signed. The front desk staff were amazing and so helpful.
