“As international travelers, we were blown away with the quality of this resort. The staff and the property were amazing. There was a bit of a hiccup with pickup initially, but the rest of the stay was seamless. The property is gorgeous, with so many beautiful botanicals all over the place. The staff is always so willing to help and very welcoming. They remember anything you tell them and it’s clear that your experience is a top priority for them.
