“We checked in at Alila Uluwatu on Jan 23. And we met Mr. Bayu. He’s very kind that he’s able to help us on our requests and gives good recomendations. Very responsive and the service level is outstanding and he proved me that he has a lot of experience on handling request or issues arisen. The food here is amazing.
