“This Aman hotel experience was one of the most disappointing I’ve ever had. I completely agree with the negative comments about the service. During my stay with my boyfriend, most of the staff seemed only friendly towards him, possibly because he handles all the bookings and payments. On June 15th night, one female staff member approached my partner and asked where we were headed. I replied, and she gave me a dirty look and completely ignored me.
