“Room with bunk beds was great, but there was no balcony to dry clothes or enjoy the evening (there was live music when we stayed). It felt like money grab - our plan had third night for free (with breakfast) but kids still had to pay for breakfast. They asked us for a beach cleaning fee (optional) when we were using the beach. There's no reef near the swimming beach, so snorkeling wasn't so impressive, but we managed to see a sea turtle. Overall quite good hotel, but we enjoyed other one on the west coast better.” — Matt M

“Very comfortable rooms. Modern and well appointed. Staff very helpful. Only downside was the beach which isn’t very nice due to the concrete barriers that limit waves. And the beach isn’t very pretty compared to other local beaches. But good for kids as water is very calm. For beautiful beaches there are other good nearby options. “We had a wonderful stay at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort in the Bay Wing. The rooms were well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable — thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The self-service laundry was extremely convenient, and we enjoyed both the heated indoor pool and the beautiful outdoor pool. What truly stood out was the service.
