“The hotel is truly beautiful. The spaces, rooms, food, and overall atmosphere are charming and incredibly well designed. Everything about the property feels luxurious and special. However, the service was unfortunately very disappointing. On our first day, we made a reservation for five people at Cappuccini restaurant. We requested 7:30 PM but were told the only availability was at 9:30 PM, which we accepted. When we arrived, we were informed that there had been a mistake and that our reservation was actually at another restaurant because Cappuccini was supposedly full, even though it did not ” — Mariana Muñoz

“This hotel and every member of the team is absolutely first class. The historic hotel is in pristine condition, beautifully decorated and incredibly well kept. Francesca, Mirko, Marco(!), and the whole team are incredibly kind, attentive and took great care of my wife and I while we were guests. The rooms, the food, the views, and the setting can’t be beat. I highly recommend. It’s also very centrally located to Positano and Ravello and offers a great base from which to explore the Amalfi Coast. 💯🤌🏼🇮🇹” — Tim P

“I think there’s no perfect Amalfi stay without staying at this hotel. Great history and location, and breathtaking scenery, lovely breakfast, and warm welcoming staff. I think the facilities were very well-equipped for a monastery built in the 13th century. I think it's amazing that this historic building has an elevator that climbs the cliff. Don't compare it with business hotels in the city. It is true that the room was small, there was mould in the bathtub, lipsticks on the cups and I asked for an exchange, but it didn't come. Housekeeping may need a little more professional. But the staff ” — LLL
