“Have been staying here for last 4 years and this is the best NYC hotel, that checks almost all boxes. Rooms: clean, spacious, modern, beautifully designed with large ceilings. Super comfy beds. “Of note, this is a 4.4 star review so it's rounding down to 4/5 due to Google's review star structure. Check-in was easy and the Andaz staff member greeted us warmly, offering us sparkling or mineral waters. The check-in area isn’t like a typical check-in desk. Rather it’s an island with an interesting decorative piece that goes to the ceiling. Although the room wasn’t immediately available for early check-in, it was ready (approximately 2PM) about an hour after our original arrival. We were notified during check-in that we received a room upgrade to the Loft Suite and that was a pleasant surp” — Matthew Fukuhara

“Hotel was relatively nice. Service was also pretty good. For me, for what I paid I was expecting a little more. I've never been to NYC si didn't expect they're suites to be so small. But I've come to see that all living spaces are small in NY. Outside of a few mishaps the stay has been great. I'd recommend this place for sure” — Elbert Holt
