“I am very happy with our stay at Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht. From Check In to check out, we have pleasant experiences. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. We arrived earlier than check in time on rainy day and I was drenched; the receptionist was kindly help us to get an early check in. Shout out to Owen who made my day! The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. We booked room with the twin beds and garden view. The hotel location is very strategic and within walking distance to all of our point of interests.
