“We stayed here from April 9–14 and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in was smooth and easy, which set a great tone for the trip. Our room—with two queen beds on the 11th floor—was comfortable and quiet; we barely noticed any street noise. A small but memorable detail: the shampoo and conditioner provided were incredibly luxurious—I’d honestly love to purchase them for home use. The location worked perfectly for us, as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We spent a few evenings at the Wooftop Bar and consistently received excellent service. “My wife and I enjoyed our 2 weeks stay earlier in the year so much that we came back for another 2 weeks. As I started planning our third trip back I realized I never left a well deserved review. I want to start by highlighting the front desk staff, and specifically Lorena. We had a challenge with the A/C in our room early in our stay and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and handled everything with warmth and professionalism. “The rooms appear overall well designed. The shower button should not require so much force to switch spray patterns. The faucet is too close to the sink's rim. The toilet paper is not soft enough, ymmv. The bed is comfortable but a bit short for being over 6 feet. The four elevators run quite fast. The desk service is good, though it needed three attempts to get a steamer. All staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is very good,especially the Egg Station. Pastries are decent.
