“I was really excited to stay at Andaz Miami because I had such an amazing experience at Andaz Maui, which truly felt like a high-end five-star hotel in every way. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing in comparison. While the hotel has beautiful design and aesthetics, the overall experience does not feel five-star at all. The rooms are extremely noisy, the service is very slow, and even simple requests to the front desk can take up to an hour. As an interior designer, I can appreciate the visual design of the hotel and rooms, but they are not planned in a very ergonomic or” — Marianna Chepchyan

“Overall, this was a great property — you can definitely tell everything is brand new. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale and welcoming. The pool area is spacious, though it can get crowded during peak times, especially in the adult section where finding chairs can be difficult. A few things to note. First, the adult pool rules were not enforced. Each day, there were children in the adult pool with no parents nearby, despite clear signage and a separate family pool only steps away.
