“The hotel advertises with a beautiful toproof bar. From the 4 nights, 3 nights the bar was booked for private events. Which proves that customersatisfaction is second..or third. Please inform your customers at time of booking. Misleading to say the least. Further. There is valet parking which can take up to 30 mins to get Your car. Thirdly. When You like to work in the tiny lobby there is no coffee corner or any service. And last. Breakfast starts no earlier than 0700. For most business travellers with a full agenda much too late. “Honestly my worst check-in experience. Staff did not allow for early check in (as my room was not ready yet), so I stored my luggage there until it was time for check in, the staff just left my luggage at the front desk while other customers were walking around my luggage. When it was time for check in, there was a line up from the desks to the door which blocked the walkway, as their front desk area is pretty small.
