“Absolutely amazing. We love everything there. Staff is the best assets at the resort - they genuinely care about you, and want you to ‘enjoy’ time at the resort. The architecture of the hotel is a perfect combination of Thai traditional and modern luxury. I love the way sunlight shines through the tree and creates shade and shadow, and the lighting at night. Mosquitoes could be troublesome but luckily we found them minimal. The improvement I’d love to see is the quality of the amenities, and having small towels at the onsen like in Japan. Lastly, I always wonder why there is a box outside the ” — N T B

“Superb stay. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, large balcony with a beautiful pool view, wonderful welcome gifts and great mini-bar. The grounds themselves are gorgeous with greenery everywhere, beautiful ponds with coy, multiple pools and of course a private beach for guests. Food was delicious having had dinner at the Seafood restaurant and breakfast the following morning. Staff were exceptional in every way possible. They catered to every need, were friendly and courteous, always smiling and while not necessary, it was great that most everyone spoke English. I am so glad we” — J Ryan

“appreciate architecture and aesthetics, Andaz Pattaya is a must-visit. Every corner of this resort is a photo opportunity, from the stunning teakwood structures to the beachfront infinity pools. The vibe is effortlessly chic and laid-back—perfect for a weekend getaway from Bangkok. We spent our afternoons lounging by the pool and catching the sunset with a cocktail in hand. The direct beach access is a huge plus, and the water in this part of Jomtien is much quieter and cleaner than the main strip. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is vibrant yet peaceful.
