“We had excellent service from start to finish, even while the property was hosting multiple events. During our stay, our event alone had over 600 guests, in addition to two other events taking place at the same time. Despite how busy everything was and how stacked the schedule must have been, the service remained absolutely impeccable. “Booked this spot for a special occasion. I caught a solid deal for a two-night stay, and since a 5-star resort has been something I wanted to experience, I decided to book. I’d say the vibe here is definitely geared more toward couples or business trips. There were plenty of kids around, but the resort itself didn't really give off a kid-friendly energy. Honestly, the only thing that felt 5-star was the price tag. If I hadn’t snagged that deal, I would’ve been pretty let down. “I frequently stay at this resort, most recently with two of my girlfriends, and it is my favorite place to stay. The buildings' history, the rooms, the beautiful grounds, and the service never disappoints. I am especially fond of the Citrus Club and the people who work there. The food is delicious and there is no end to the soft drinks and cocktails. The rooms and patio itself is so welcoming, but the staff is exceptional.
