“Very disappointing – the service was nowhere near the expected standard. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. We booked 2 nights during Eid for a total of AED 4,400, including breakfast, dinner, and access to the water park. As soon as we checked in and arrived in the room, we had to wait 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered, which is very inconvenient with young children who need to be changed quickly. The room was only cleaned the following evening. Housekeeping never came during the day and I had to call urgently to request it.
