His graciousness welcome and genuine interest for our travel “story” were rare qualities these days! Romie continued to stay connected to us throughout our lovely stay! The Balboa Bay Resort sits directly on Balboa Bay and we opted for a room with a view of the bay & the many yachts that take up residence on the slips along the bay. We’re glad we did. From morning sunrises to evening sunsets to star-filled nighttime skies, the changing light conditions offered a kaleidoscope of beautiful vistas. The concierge team made sure to recommend appropriate activities and wonderful dining experiences. The free valet shuttle around the area was perfect and worry-free.
