Banyan Tree AlUla

“Our stay at Banyan Tree AlUla was truly exceptional. This was our second stay at the resort, and we make a point of returning whenever we can. The quality of service is exactly what I expect from a Banyan Tree property: warm, attentive, professional and genuinely caring. The setting is simply breathtaking. Being surrounded by the dramatic landscapes of AlUla, ancient rock formations and prehistoric rock art makes the experience unique. We spent hours exploring the area and discovering new details every day. The villas are beautifully designed, extremely private and equipped with everything a g” — Verónica Gil

“The property itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and blend nicely with the surrounding desert landscape. The setting is stunning and very peaceful. However, the service overall across the hotel was average at best and far below expectations for a Banyan Tree property. Upon arrival, we asked the Guest Experience desk to help arrange restaurant reservations and a rental car. The staff member told us he would check availability and update us, but we never received any follow-up and nothing was confirmed. The next day, when we tried to follow up, we were told he was “sleepi” — Ping Chirathivat

“I would like to write a big thank you to Kirk from Saffron restaurant that was based in Harrat restaurant for the summer. Him and Michele were absolutely the stars of the evening! They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! And Chef Tina is one of the best Chefs in Al Ula! The restaurant was incredible, the food was delicious, the entire experience was 5 stars! Thank you!” — Mara Sesan
