“What a wonderful place!! There is really nothing we can think of to complain about. This resort is beautiful and the staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Jayda and Toey who helped make us feel comfortable and happy during our stay. There is a national park within walking distance of the resort that offers challenging hikes with spectacular views. Some onsite restaurant reservations were hard to get so it is best to do it ahead of time or as soon as possible. The Naga dining room is always available without a reservation and is very nice. The food in the restaurants was 'wow,' and the pools were excellent. The toddler pool is exactly what’s needed, and the kids' club is small and charming. ​But above all, the service is the most incredible I’ve ever encountered. Before you even sit down by the pool, someone is there to set up your towel and immediately bring you water, ice, and refreshing cold towels.
