“Amazing central location. Loved walking from place to place downtown. They also lend out fun lexus’ (including convertible) that we took advantage of. Staff us above and beyond! Super friendly and nice and reallly bend of backwards to make it a perfect experience. Beto and Scott fantastic and fun valets and nick at front desk so friendly and helpful as well. Great rooftop pool for lounging that was empty even on gorgeous days. Our room was beautiful and had amazing outdoor stone tub and shower. Food delicious too! “Simply the best. The service is outstanding, from the moment you are greeted by the personnel opening your car door for you. No, before that: I spoke with concierge, Matt, for almost an hour BEFORE our stay, planning our transportation for tours and visits during our stay! Upon arrival, Beto toured the grounds with us to ensure we had the lay of the land and set us up in our suite. The attention to detail from the staff at Lucy is astounding. “Amazing service, and a steam shower in our room! The only issue is that now we're addicted, and need to get one installed at home. A card, bottle of champagne and board of treats arrived to celebrate our anniversary, and the complimentary fleet of Lexuses (Lexi?) was on hand to take us to any of the local wineries (highly recommended as after visiting them, you'll be in no state to drive). Amenities include a spa, rooftop pool and jacuzzi and a small gym. Amazing food at both the breakfast bar and on-site restaurant - highly recommended for many reasons, and shout-out once again to the staff w” — David Counter
