“Location: The Hotel Beau-Rivage Palace is located directly on the lakeshore, offering stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Lausanne’s old town is easily accessible by metro or taxi. Service: The service was somewhat inconsistent. My luggage, which I had dropped off before arrival, was not in the room when I arrived. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning the rooms. However, housekeeping service was quite late, with rooms often cleaned only after 3 pm.
