“Not only is the hotel architecturally beautiful, the staff at the Bellevue Palace is second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations. During the recent heatwave at the end of May 2026, our family had trouble sleeping due to the extreme heat. Many older European buildings are not equipped with modern insulation and air conditioning. Once the staff became aware of the issue, we received fans to provide better airflow and they went a step further to provide a room on a lower floor that was much cooler than the room we were originally assigned.
