“We stayed at Borgo Santo Pietro for my husband’s birthday in October. We booked the trip ages ago but they were awarded their 3 Michelin keys just a few weeks before we arrived. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The common spaces are cozy and welcoming and our room was absolutely insane. Wood burning fireplace, private pool and enormous stone bathtub. I do wish we were allowed to have the fire burning after 9pm though. The food at all of the restaurants was outstanding.
