“Great experience at this hotel. I called before I came because I needed to check in early. And I was able too. I let them know I was surprising my boyfriend for his birthday and they went out of their way and brought him some treats and a sweet card! Only thing I didn’t like was the parking but you get a choice to do self parking in the parking garage(which is shared with the mall) or valet. Overall experience was AMAZING!” — Tajana Hartwell

“Decided to plan my wife and i's 5 year anniversary staycation local here in Scottsdale. I heard good things about this Hotel and since I'm a Hilton Gold member I thought.. why not? 1. We were promised late check out at 2pm for my status but the next morning I was woken up by a maid walking into my room after .5 seconds of waiting. 2. My room key was deactivated sometime during the morning hours while I was at the pool, so I had to find a way to the lobby (took 10 minutes) while I was wet and shirtless to regain access into my room. 3. “Really loved the interior design of the room and hotel, the only thing keeping it from being a truly 5 star experience was the thin windows in our room. We heard every car that pulled up to the hotel, and Ive never been in a place where there were so many super cars revving their engines as they either pulled up or cruised by but we heard every single one of them. Also sounded like the live music or dj was camped right outside of our door. We were in town for business and it was nit conducive to getting actual sleep.” — Carla Houle
