“The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, however, definitely not a 5 star experience. The only time you receive quick service is when you’re being charged for something, otherwise, expect 20 minute waits for drinks and hour waits for room service of any kind. On the 2nd day I cut my foot twice from splinters of glass in the carpet in my room. Phone was broken in room and WiFi also did not work. Electric also kept cutting out. I spoke to the head of guest experience but other than a couple messages he did not do much to help. I was promised a deep clean of the room which was not carried out. The fo” — angel ahmet
