“This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's just okay. I would expect better service from front desk staff at a Canopy. Additionally as a Diamond member, but ya know....everyone is a diamond member these days. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice. The pillows are standard issue Hilton pillows and they suck. The next morning, after checking in the night before, if the hotel had foam pillows. The gentleman at the front desk said yes and he said he would have them put in the room.
