“We recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The biggest frustration was the self-parking situation. When we arrived, we drove around the entire perimeter of the building trying to find the parking garage entrance, but there was no signage directing guests where to go. Eventually, my husband had to stop while I ran into the lobby to ask for directions, and he had to circle the block several times waiting for me. “Stayed here for a wedding for which the bride and groom had a block of rooms and a trolly to pick up guests for transport to the venue. The front desk guy acted as if he had never heard the word “trolley” before in his life and he just in general gave poor instruction as to where my room was or anything about the hotel. The bride and groom had also left welcome gifts for all their out of town guests which the staff of the hotel had agreed to hand out as people checked in, they failed to give them to various guests. “Beautiful hotel. Service was phenomenal from the moment we get there. Check in was fast and easy. Valet parking was made super easy with texting for car retrieval. The food at the roof top bar was amazing. The green salad and smash burger were favorites from our group. The breakfast was as fresh and included coffee.
