“Surprised by the negative reviews as we had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful, spacious and had a lovely view over the valley, which many of the rooms appear to offer. We had just come from the St. Regis Mallorca, which was stunning, but nearly three times the price per night. In comparison, we felt this hotel offered much better value for money. The pool area is beautiful, although, as others have mentioned, it is on the smaller side. Having stayed at many Fine Hotels & Resorts properties, the service level here is nowhere near the standard expected. Don't expect any meaningful recognition of your Amex booking benefits. Based on conversations with other guests and reviews from fellow Amex cardholders, this appears to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated experience. “Great breakfast! The staff is super attentive. This is a rather new hotel, that’s why it feels just a bit artificial. The pool area could be bigger, during the season it might be packed. It would also be great having multiple people waiting at the reception. It is strange to wait for check-in and check-out at a 5* resort. The hotel is close to a cute coastal town where there are really nice restaurants. If you are interested in golf, this might be your ideal place to go.” — Cengizhan
