“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Service is on a par with the finest service-oriented chains (like Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton). Staff are very helpful, not intrusive, they make everything easy and let you enjoy however long you have. Both restaurants were great, with Fiamma also serving the buffet breakfast. Breakfast isn't quite up there with Ritz Carlton but decent quality and selection nonetheless. Had Sunday dim sum lunch, very good with some unique menu options. Bob's bar is also a great place for an evening cocktail and the pineapple room is good for later evening cocktails,” — K S

“I had an amazing stay at Capella, and the service was truly top-notch. We had a late dinner at Fiamma, ordering just a few drinks and an appetiser. As it was quite late, we decided to take the main course to go. However, the restaurant staff member, Kalai, kindly recommended that the meal be served in our room instead. It was such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. The next morning, we returned to the same restaurant for breakfast.
