“We visited with our 2 yr old and small dog and we all had a really wonderful time. This resort is super family/pet friendly with lots of great ways to do things as adults, as families with kids, and as families with fur kids. The 1 bedroom suites are SO GREAT as a family - put the kid to bed in the bedroom and you can still hang out as adults in the living room. The grounds are spacious and absolutely gorgeous. Lots of walking trails, and they are steeper than you might think - you can easily get your walking workout in. “Good rooms and beautiful views, but service falls short. This resort has a lot of potential. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the weather in the area is hard to beat. Unfortunately, the overall service and guest experience did not live up to the setting. From check-in onward, there seemed to be a lack of care for guests. When we were trying to resolve a room issue, the manager gave us a dirty look and whispered with staff, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
