“I recently stayed at the Rosewood hotel up the road and had an amazing 5 day stay. It was possibly the best hotel stay I've ever had. Then I stupidly decided to try this so called 5 star hotel for another 2 more days.. In comparison this hotel seemed like a dingy motel rather than a luxury international 5 start hotel. While the staff were all polite and professional the actual premises is extremely small spread out over 3 separate locations. The rooms were basic and lacked the 5 star quality I was looking for. The main swimming pool area is so small it didn't invite me to hang around. To top i” — Rock
