“We came for a 5D4N holiday and it was just a lovely stay. Most importantly, the hotel organized a truffle hunting trip for us (on hotel grounds!) and I worked with them to secretly organize a proposal for my fiancee. They also helped me source a really good photographer for the event, and staged a very nice champagne and snacks thing afterwards. They were responsive and went the extra mile, both on the surprise proposal planning, and also in helping me ship some wine internationally.
