The team here genuinely care — Tai at reception and Junko and the dining staff (among others whose names I sadly didn't catch) made us feel truly looked after from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail was extraordinary: staff noticed my daughter is left-handed at dinner and quietly set her breakfast cutlery accordingly the next morning. “‼️Attention‼️do not touch their reception table by your clothes I wish to put 5 stars but I ruined my clothes completely in multiple places…by their reception table…there is must me a sign to not lean or something. This is not okay. When you are tired come into hotel its natural to lean on reception deck… Im just so sad that I have my favorite suit ruined that I dont want to write now how good our stay was….everything I remember it only my suit, and now I have to search for new one because we still have left 2 weeks of our trip 🤕” — Janna Ah

“It's a traditional style ryokan built in a very beautiful way. The service is good and the staff is very polite. We stayed here for 2 days in their hot spring room had the best time. They never say No to any request. They have an onsen for everyone, spa. They provide Kimonos and night suits inside the rooms. They serve traditional japanese food ,Japanese style. Unfortunately they don't have laundry service but maybe that's because of the location. Overall a good stay.” — Parul Katiyar
