“Our stay at Chatham Inn for my birthday was exceptional! The property is stunningly beautiful and has a charming, small town inn feel all while providing five star service. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and coziness to me. One of the best parts of the location is the walkability to everything in town. Lots of good shops and restaurants and the bistro on property (Cuvée) is an absolute must visit. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. “We loved our stay here. Our room was comfortable and clean. The food and cocktails were great. The location is perfect to walk around. However, what makes this place truly unique is the service. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We appreciated getting pastries throughout the day. Ryan the bartender makes some exceptional drinks. Nick and Riana at the front desk were super helpful. The breakfast shift folks were all great as well. And Dane made sure our stay was perfect.” — Suzanne R

“We would rate the service excellent at Chatham Inn. Staff was friendly and professional during our 6 night stay. Breakfast was very good and the waitstaff were superior. We did not try the highly rated restaurant because it didn't seem to be good value based upon appetizers we had in the bar. Upon check-in, communication about amenities and how to operate the air conditioner was not good. We later discovered there was a booklet about the inn buried underneath some other material in our room. We were less than impressed with room #14.
