“The customer service was GREAT!!! I did not get their names, but the gentleman and his counterpart were great to talk to and all provided excellent customer service. The velet reps were also great!! The whole experience was just relaxing to the fullest extent. The pool and jacuzzi felt awesome, just the right amount of people around to enjoy all the amenities. The room were decent size, the patio is also a nice extension to the room, the choices of snacks and alcoholic beverages in the rooms were hard to choose from; of course at a cost. “Wonderful one-night stay! Experience started off great with the friendly Deanna at the front desk. We booked through Chase’s “The Edit,” and she thoroughly explained our hotel credits and presented some delicious macarons and sparkling wine. We showed before noon and she still got us straight into our room after upgrading us to a Bungalow. The greenery is breathtaking throughout the courtyard, including their blooming birds of paradise!
