“We spent a week in a junior suite and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The building has a lot of timeless old charm, coated in gorgeous pink marble and custom features. The service workers are friendly and helpful in a non intrusive manner. Not a single interaction that didn’t leave us feeling welcome and valued. The amenities are great with several quiet, lowkey and adults only areas. All restaurants we tried had amazing, healthy and delicious options. “I stayed here for one night via Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts. While the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are top-tier, the service was inconsistent and frustrating. Front Desk: The person I spoke with was dismissive when I called about an early check-in. Later, after the hotel called me to say my room was ready, a staff member rudely told me to go to the back of the line just to pick up my key.
