“I stayed at the Conrad Bangkok on two separate occasions recently, and my experiences were quite different sadly. My first stay was fantastic; both the Premium Room and the service was great! However, my second, impromptu stay unfortunately missed the mark. My limited interactions with the front desk regarding a few issues and requests were met with a surprisingly tepid response. That being said, I have to give a special shout out to the team at the Executive Lounge, specifically PJ, who help me during my stay. “As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I booked an Executive Room through a luxury travel agency. The Room & Service: My room on the 27th floor was lovely, featuring a great park view and a nice bathroom with a Japanese toilet. However, the turnaround service was missed on the first night. I brought this up at the executive lounge, and to their credit, it was done for the rest of my stay. The Upgrade & Check-in: Check-in was smooth, though it was handled downstairs in the lobby rather than the lounge due to the ongoing Happy Hour.
