“Do not expect anything from a Service perspective. We arrived around 8 PM as communicated with the concierge who did not reply and the nice lady that called the day before. Nobody was there in the first place to help us with the luggage. Checkin was underwhelming. I asked if an upgraded room was available. I was told it is not even though plenty of better rooms were bookable via the app. We had informed upfront that we would like to have dinner at 8.30. Noone remembered. The checkin clerk even was firstly no aware we had booked halfboard. Noone mentioned our Diamond Status of Hilton. No welcom” — Stefan Baldauf

“This was a great 2 nights spent in a Junior Suite, the staff could not do enough for us, and call outs to Stefano, Matteo and Manuela (apologies I didn't get more of your names!) .. we have a beautiful view of the Sea, breakfast and Dinner was at a very high standard. use of the electric bikes was a great addition. The buggy up and down to the private beach was ideal, and the pool & bar in the hotel were very relaxing, I would hope i get to come here again.” — John Quinn
