“Wonderful and fantastic!!! We arrived almost midnight but we felt the warmth of the staff at the front desk, especially Harris. He offered to have our meals brought to our room because we were exhausted and hungry. Also the staff at the Ballaro Restaurant were very professional, warm and hospitable.
