“Here’s a warm and balanced Google review you can post: Conrad Manila continues to be our go-to hotel for celebrations, and every stay feels like coming home. The level of hospitality and attention to detail keeps us coming back year after year. It’s a little sad that the beautiful bay view from the lobby elevators is no longer there, but of course that’s beyond the hotel’s control. The property still remains stunning and well-maintained. “Check In & Service ​I arrived early hoping for some flexibility, but was kept waiting until the standard check-in time. While I understand hotels have policies, I expected a bit more "above and beyond" service from a five star brand. On a positive note, the bar area offers a great view, which made the wait more tolerable. ​The Spa Experience ​The spa was a highlight in terms of facilities. I opted for the private room with the jacuzzi (which cost over 18,000) and the amenities themselves were excellent.
