“A very good 5-star hotel in Shenzhen, and it definitely did not disappoint. The location is very central, check-in was friendly and efficient, and the English level at reception was good. The room was modern and comfortable, with a quiet air conditioning system, a nice bathroom, a great view, and very fast internet. The bed was wide and comfortable, and the whole hotel feels modern and well designed. The Club Room offering is not a huge highlight, but still a nice extra with a few canapés, drinks, wine, and beer. Since my first visit during the trial operation of Shenzhen Conrad in June 2023, I returned for a second stay after quite some time and noticed significant updates. The hotel is located in the heart of Qianhai CBD, adjacent to MixC Qianhai, though the surrounding area is developing at a slower pace.
