“We are staying at Corazon on back to back reservations for our birthdays. When we checked in the Executive One Bedroom booked was not available so we were put in a pool view One Bedroom (same room type as our second reservation) and the vacation representative was going to try and combine our reservations so we would not have to move. When I called to check if we could stay in the same room, we were told the room was not available. I then went to the front desk and explained the situation to Guillermo A. “Had my daughter’s wedding here and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and the service is great. Special shout out to Benjamin on the beach he is the best bartender there. “One word : AVOID unless it's free. We booked Corazon Cabo Resort & Spa through Costco Travel expecting a premium, relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the stay felt designed more around upselling and extracting money than genuine hospitality. At check-in, we were initially given a very poor roadside room with constant noise. When we raised concerns, staff repeatedly pushed an expensive “premium membership” instead of resolving the issue.
