“Cowley Manor was the perfect place to seriously disconnect and slow the pace down. We went for a long weekend and it’s exactly the kind of spot you go to when you want to actually switch off. The building itself is absolutely stunning and the grounds are pristine, the sort of place that makes you exhale the moment you arrive. The spa was lovely and the pool was quiet and beautifully designed, never crowded, just calm. The food was incredible across the board, top notch steak, a perfect soufflé, and linguine with lobster that was honestly unreal. Even the bread rolls were memorable, which tells” — Shere Saidon

“We stayed for two nights for our mini-moon and had an amazing time. It was such a nice surprise to be upgraded to a suite, and the staff working at reception and at the bar in particular were very friendly and always keen for a nice chat. The food (we tried breakfast and dinner) was really standout. The spa was wonderful and very clean. The 55 acres of grounds were the largest we have ever seen in such a hotel. We also really enjoyed the nightly turn-down service with fresh macaroons. The staff went above and beyond and we hope to be back.” — Leyla Ozbek

“Booked this hotel for one night to celebrate a special occasion, just before Christmas, as I wanted somewhere that would feel festive and lovely. The interior is very quirky and modern, and the rooms are very spacious. I absolutely loved the bathroom! The grounds around the hotel are also beautiful. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, but of course that’s not the hotel’s fault 😊 The chocolates left in our room were a really thoughtful touch and were delicious.
