“Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City is a beautiful property with a great overall vibe. The hotel and rooms were amazing, very well designed, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was also excellent, welcoming, helpful, and made check in smooth from the start. Unfortunately, the experience took a major turn at the late night bar. The bartenders were extremely disappointing. We were purposely ignored while trying to order drinks, despite being clearly visible and waiting.
