“This was truly an unforgettable experience. The moment we arrived, we were treated to A+ service. The bellhop, receptionist, restaurant service, room cleaning, facilities, everybody was very kind and helpful. Customer service is taken very seriously by every staff member. The room was very clean and every little detail was well-thought out. There is the morning/afternoon room cleaning and the evening turn-down service.
