“Wonderful First Stay at Dream Downtown We recently stayed two nights at Dream Downtown, booked through American Express The Hotel Collection, and it was our first time trying a Dream property. I left genuinely impressed. We booked a Queen Bronze room and were pleasantly upgraded to a King Suite with balcony and pool view, thanks to our Amex benefits and possibly my World of Hyatt Globalist status. Even though it’s winter and the pool was closed, the balcony overlooking the pool still added a really fun, resort-like vibe in the middle of Manhattan. “Fabulous hotel in the heart of Chelsea, great large comfortable rooms with well thought out details. Outdoor pool with adjacent bar is an oasis in the middle of concrete jungle. Overall, although only stayed one night, it felt like we were on a mini luxury vacation. Will stay again and highly recommend” — DP

“Considering rooms in NYC are a challenge, the location is very good with convenient metro access. Room is small, what did you expect, but in good condition. Everything clean and works. Perfect for single person on business trip. Room service is with a chatbot. I was skeptical, but much better than waiting long time on a real person.
